ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me valuable firsthand experience in the business before stepping into agency ownership. Outside of work, my wife and I are excited to be expecting our first son.

As an Account Associate for Noah Adams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
