ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member for Tyler Scanlan - State Farm, you will be working with our General Producers in acquiring new business. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
This position will specialize in Home, Auto, and Renters policies for brand new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business by prospecting and identifying potential clients through networking and referrals.
- Present and explain insurance products and services tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty Licensed - or able to acquire those licenses.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Team player.
