I grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from San Jose State University. I’ve been with State Farm since 2013 and opened my agency on January 1, 2018. My wife and I have been married for six years, and we have two sons who keep life busy and fun.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yama Ebrat - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
