Account Coordinator or Account Executive

What We Need:

MikeWorldWide (MWW) is seeking a Coordinator, Influencer Marketing to support the execution of influencer programs for our consumer clients. This role is focused exclusively on influencer work and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of campaign operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. This is a full-time role based in Mexico City, with the option to work remotely or hybrid from our office location. Candidates must be available to work PST business hours to align with the U.S.-based team.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Build influencer recommendation lists based on brief parameters (budget, content style, platform, region).

· Support outreach to influencers by maintaining trackers, coordinating follow-up, and assisting in initial communications.

· Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, and take detailed notes during influencer-related calls.

· Coordinate content reviews, collating internal/client feedback and ensuring all edits are implemented prior to go-live.

· Manage payment documentation and liaise with finance to ensure influencer payments are processed accurately and on time.

· Update and maintain team trackers, calendars, and project management tools.

· Support product seeding initiatives: track shipping, confirm receipt, and maintain gifting logs.

· Monitor influencer content for performance tracking and campaign compliance.

· Stay current with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and talent discovery.
