Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and functionality.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new code changes.
- Provide detailed reports and test documentation to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
