Account Directors (Health & Beauty)

Discussion

We’re looking for two Account Directors to join our growing Health & Beauty team in Nottingham.

These are two exciting opportunities within the same client team, offering the chance to work with a leading Health & Beauty retailer. While both roles combine senior client leadership, commercial management and account development, each will have a slightly different focus:

  • Account Growth: focused on accelerating account growth, identifying new opportunities, building a strong pipeline and turning strategic priorities into commercially successful programmes.
  • Supplier & Programme Management: focused on leading an established brand-led programme, developing supplier-funded opportunities and ensuring exceptional client service, commercial performance and programme delivery.

Across either opportunity, you’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, shape strategic and creative solutions, identify opportunities for growth and bring together teams from across N2O to deliver impactful retail and experiential campaigns.

We’re looking for confident, commercially minded Account Directors who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, can operate with a high degree of autonomy and are passionate about creating exceptional brand experiences.

This a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the Nottingham office, with some travel to client meetings, the Maidenhead Head office and events.
