This role serves as the primary day-to-day liaison for assigned clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships through responsive communication, reliable follow-through, and strong management of expectations. The position translates approved marketing strategies into detailed execution plans, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with client goals, budgets, and brand standards. It monitors project workflow, campaign performance, and financial activity, helping maintain efficient delivery, budget accuracy, and clear reporting that supports informed client and agency decision-making. The role also analyzes market conditions, business results, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for optimization, contribute to account growth, and strengthen long-term client success while consistently demonstrating organizational values through collaboration, integrity, and accountability.

What you'll do

  • Manage Day-to-Day Client Relationships — Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, franchisees, and stakeholders by providing responsive communication, addressing requests, managing expectations, and ensuring timely follow-through on commitments. Build strong working relationships that support client satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership development.
  • Execute Integrated Marketing Plans and Campaigns — Support the successful execution of marketing strategies by translating approved plans into actionable project deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring campaigns launch accurately, on time, and in alignment with client objectives, budgets, and brand standards.
  • Develop and Manage Campaign Execution Plans — Create and maintain detailed implementation plans for assigned markets, campaigns, and client initiatives. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and communication among stakeholders to support effective execution across channels and disciplines.
  • Manage Project Execution and Workflow — Lead day-to-day project management activities by monitoring schedules, priorities, resources, approvals, and deliverables. Identify roadblocks, resolve routine issues, escalate risks when appropriate, and help ensure work progresses efficiently through agency workflows.
  • Monitor Performance and Communicate Results — Track campaign performance, marketing results, and key performance indicators for assigned accounts. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations that communicate insights, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making by clients and account leadership.
  • Support Budget Management and Financial Accuracy — Assist with budget planning, tracking, reconciliations, invoice review, billing support, and financial reporting activities. Monitor expenditures and campaign investments to help ensure projects remain aligned with approved budgets and financial expectations.
  • Analyze Market Conditions and Recommend Improvements — Monitor client business performance, competitive activity, industry trends, and local market conditions. Identify opportunities, risks, and optimization recommendations that help improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to Account Growth and Client Success — Identify opportunities to expand services, improve outcomes, and strengthen client partnerships. Contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions that support account growth, client retention, and overall agency success.
  • Collaborate Across Internal and External Partners — Build productive relationships with creative, media, production, strategy, analytics, and project management teams, as well as external vendors and partners. Facilitate communication and alignment to ensure quality execution and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Applied Business Acumen — Equivalent non-degree experience may substitute for formal education when the candidate can demonstrate success supporting client-facing marketing, advertising, account service, or business operations activities that required budget tracking, deadline management, stakeholder communication, and presentation of recommendations to clients or internal decision-makers.
  • Relevant Degree — Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a closely related field, or equivalent related experience, is required to demonstrate foundational knowledge needed to support client communications, develop campaign execution plans, coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, and contribute to successful campaign execution and business results.
  • Agency Account Experience — 1-3 years of verifiable experience in agency account management, integrated marketing, or corporate marketing is required, including responsibility for coordinating deliverables, managing timelines and approvals, and supporting execution of multi-channel campaigns for assigned clients, markets, or business units.
  • Campaign Execution Experience — Demonstrated experience supporting and executing integrated marketing, advertising, media, or client-service initiatives that required coordination of deliverables, timelines, approvals, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Experience should show an ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to successful campaign delivery and client outcomes.
  • Office Proficiency — No mandatory certification is required, but candidates must demonstrate practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat through formal coursework, employer-validated training, or work samples that show accurate budget management, status tracking, and client-ready presentation development.
  • Project Management Training — Optional credentials or documented training in project management, account service, marketing operations, or digital marketing coordination may be considered a positive differentiator when they provide verifiable evidence of process discipline, stakeholder communication, project execution, and workflow management directly relevant to coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and client initiatives.
