Account Executive – AP/AR & Full Set

📍 International Business Park | $2,800 – $3,200 + Bonus

$2,800 – $3,200 basic + Variable Bonus
5-day work week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
International Business Park
Exposure to Singapore & Malaysia accounting

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare accounting schedules and maintain accurate financial records
Support monthly closing activities and balance sheet reconciliation
Assist with yearly audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
Assist with inter-company billing and transactions
Manage collections and payments as part of the end-to-end accounting process
Ensure accounting records are accurately updated and reconciled
Ensure accounting practices, controls and procedures comply with company policies
Assist in improving internal controls, accounting processes and reporting systems
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal representatives, bankers and other external parties
Support management with other ad-hoc accounting and finance assignments

What We’re Looking For

ITE / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience in AP/AR
Good knowledge of full-set accounting
Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia accounting
