Account Executive (AR)

• 8.30am - 5.45pm (Mon - Fri), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
• Location: Senoko Drive

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR, credit control and debt collection.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct credit assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
• Handle account reconciliation, billing and payment discrepancies.
• Process invoices, rebates and credit/debit notes.
• Liaise with customers, internal departments and external parties.
• Support audits, stock-take and finance-related activities.
• Improve AR and credit control processes.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• SAP S/4HANA and Ariba experience is an added advantage.
