Account Executive

The Account Executive is tasked with acquiring new members, selling mozzo subscriptions, and selling services to non-members. Their responsibilities include generating revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, and conducting meetings or presentations with key decision makers and influencers. The Account Executive will engage with HR representatives, executives, and business owners to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Utilize Archbright best practices, prospect for sales across all Archbright service lines within defined territory.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Service Line Leaders, and Operations to scope projects, create proposals following Archbright’s processes, and close business.
  • Sell new memberships, mozzo subscriptions, and other services through targeted outreach, social selling, and responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by promptly adding new Deals into CRM, advancing opportunities through the sales process efficiently, and ensuring accurate sales forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity goals logging all interactions in CRM for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through frequent outreach and timely follow-up.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly utilizing excellent customer service skills and track resolution outcomes to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the
    member experience.
  • Connect with prospects and promote the Archbright brand through online and in-person networking opportunities and Archbright events.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Archbright’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales enablement tools and outbound campaigns.
  • Utilize sales automation tools in HubSpot platform for prospect outreach and nurturing campaigns.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support new employee onboarding by providing training and mentoring to new employees
    as assigned.
  • Managing additional sales territories as assigned to ensure team coverage during leaves or PTO days.

Duties:

  • Participate in Archbright connection and communication experiences including creating and working on quarterly objectives, 1:1s with manager, weekly check-in, and team, department, and company meetings.

Education and Experience

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Required: 2 years of successful sales/customer service experience in B2B environment.

Technical Skills

  • Required: Excellent MS Office Suite experience, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Preferred: CRM Mastery

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to computer monitors and shared workspaces when required to work from an office space as needed.

This position may require traveling to member companies, mostly in the Greater Puget Sound area. The ability to get to those locations is required.
