Account Executive (Construction Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with project and corporate requirements.

Budget management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances to management.

Cost control: Follow cost-saving measures, analyze project costing, and ensure financial efficiency.

Accounts payable & receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier payments, and follow up on client collections and data entry to accounting system.

Payroll support: Data entry payroll into accounting system.

Compliance & audit: Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations; support internal and external audits.

Project finance support: Work closely with project managers to align financial planning.
