Account Executive (Employee Assistance Program)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Account Executive (Employee Assistance Program), you will: Conduct complex program analyses and evaluations by assessing utilization data, identifying program issues, developing recommendations, preparing reports and briefings, and supporting leadership in the development of behavioral health and EAP policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives. Manage an assigned portfolio of Federal customer agencies by providing strategic consultation on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and WorkLife services, coordinating service agreements, monitoring program performance and expenditures, and advising leadership on service delivery and program improvements. Serve as a senior behavioral health consultant by providing expert guidance to Federal agency leadership on complex EAP issues, including suicide prevention, workplace violence, critical incident stress response, mental health concerns, and other sensitive organizational matters. Coordinate multidisciplinary response efforts during critical incidents by collaborating with internal service areas, vendor partners, and customer agencies to implement integrated behavioral health services, ensure continuity of operations, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
