🔎 We’re Hiring: Account Executive (Full Set Accounts)
📍 Location: Aljunied Rd
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? Join our team as an Account Executive and take charge of our full set accounting operations!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing
• Handle inventory tracking (stock) and reconciliation
• Process Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, delivery orders, and quotations
• Manage Accounts Payable: record supplier invoices and arrange payments
• Liaise with external auditors and support annual financial audits
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in handling full set accounts
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
