Account Executive - Full Set & GST Reporting (6-Month to Permanent)

(6-Month Contract | Convertible to Permanent)

💰 Salary: $3,800 - 4,500

🔄 Potential conversion to a permanent role upon completion

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

• Support GST and corporate tax filing activities in accordance with IRAS requirements

• Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting documents and audit schedules

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Finance team

• Assist with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Basic understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
