We’re looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Healthcare Practice and help bring high-impact communications programs to life for a range of healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll support campaigns that drive disease awareness, amplify data milestones, activate social and influencer programs, and help shape meaningful conversations across the healthcare landscape.

As an Account Executive, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, clients, and integrated teams to manage day-to-day account activity, contribute creative ideas, and execute strategic programs that deliver against client goals. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values curiosity, precision, and fresh thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of core materials, including press releases, key message documents, social media content and communications plans
  • Ensure quality control of all communications/content
  • Show a high level of responsiveness and communicate with clients, supervisors and account teams in a clear and timely manner
  • Support integrated media efforts, including thorough media monitoring, proactively flagging relevant trends and articles, developing media lists, pulling analysis reports and following digital and social trends
  • Support daily interaction with clients and prospects, work collaboratively with team members to achieve client objectives, help develop strategic recommendations, anticipate challenges and ensure deadline and budget are met

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Communications or Public Relations; previous experience within healthcare or pharma preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of the MLR process, including proficiency in using platforms such as Veeva
  • Base understanding of data/regulatory processes (e.g., clinical trial phases, FDA approvals)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight and sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI tools into communications and workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and take ownership of tasks

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $57,000 - $67,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
