📍 Location: Ubi MRT (DT27), Singapore

💰 Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,500
(Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience)

⏰ Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Rest Days
8 Days Per Month
✅ No Regular Weekend Work

A leading manufacturer of Automatic Tube Cleaning Systems (ATCS), providing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and energy savings for industrial and commercial facilities.

📋 Job Responsibilities
• Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and accounting entries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Support audits and other finance-related assignments when required

✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Experience handling full sets of accounts is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
