• Focus on retention of existing accounts and sales of new accounts by maintaining day-to-day client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Implementation and day-to-day administrative oversight of all the clients’ employee benefit products, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability and other offerings.
• Develop recommendations to modify existing benefit plans, implement new plans, and design benefits packages to meet client goals.
• Lead clients through benefits analyses and other strategic planning processes.
• Communicate complex matters clearly and concisely to clients and participate in client calls and meetings as necessary.
• Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.
• Focus sales efforts with current Chamber members; and provide current PCI clients with Chamber member benefit information and an introduction to the External Relations membership team of the Chamber.
• Negotiate contracts with clients; establish a timeline of performance.
• Retain complete and thorough documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
• Maintain a working knowledge of carriers and products to better advise customers of options available.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by performing other duties as assigned and participating in special projects and Chamber events.
* Stay up to date on complex insurance regulations.
* Perform other administrative support duties as needed.
* Represents the Chamber and President at various functions.
* Attends Chamber staff meetings and other company events as required.
* All other related tasks as deemed appropriate by management.

A minimum of 3 years of client-facing health insurance service experience as well as an active PA life, accident and health insurance license. Experience with self-insured products and/or programs is preferred. This position is required to travel to customer sites; a valid driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving history are required.
