Account Executive Medical Underwriting

The Account Executive Medical Underwriting is to assist for the underwriting and pricing of existing and new medical products, medical quotations, policy and contract wording, research and development of new medical benefits. Key responsibilities Strategy, Planning and Performance Development and delivery of pricing models in coordination with country managers and account managers. Underwriting Assist on the underwriting and reinsurance quotations activities in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company policy objectives. Ensure that the underwriting capacity and reinsurance is in line with corporate goals and objectives and ensure that the company is at no moment exposed to risks in excess of the established retentions. Explore "best practices" and technology trends in the Underwriting fields, internally and externally Ensure full compliance with the Group and Local underwriting Guidelines Product Management Pricing Assist in developing new products in conjunction with Gen Re Team Gather market data and medical insurance trends Build/adjust product and policy documentation Assist in the administration of the product pipeline. Assist in gathering data on best pricing practice and implement in accordance with the company's instructions and in accordance with agreed time frames. Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely in all areas to ensure appropriate support to client needs and services. Excellent communication skills in dealings with others. Customer/Client Management Ensuring that the expected level of service is always delivered to Clients and their internal and external customers and prospects at all times Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key stakeholders across the business Reporting Ensure agreed deadlines are adhered to at all times for reporting and implementations Assist in the preparation of product presentations, proposals and reports
