Job Title: Account Executive

Summary:

380 Realty Solutions LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients

- Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services

- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth

- Provide regular reports on account status and sales performance to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
