The Account Executive is a crucial support role within the client services team, focused on assisting with the delivery of promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is organised, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Working closely with the wider account team, the Account Executive supports daily operations across client communication, sourcing, approvals, and delivery. They play a key role in engaging with clients, managing project documentation, timelines, and logistics tracking, helping to ensure that all activities run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Work directly with the Account Director to manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project updates, requests, and ongoing communication.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of promotional marketing projects, from understanding client briefs and requirements through to execution and final delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients to clarify requirements, provide project updates, manage expectations, and follow up on feedback or changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internally with creative, procurement, production, logistics, and other relevant teams to translate client requirements into clear actions and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Prepare and present timelines, proposals, quotations, project updates, and other client-facing materials, ensuring clients have clear visibility on project progress.
- Support the Account Director in identifying additional client needs and opportunities, helping strengthen and grow the overall account relationship.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on samples, production specifications, quality, and delivery, escalating potential issues early and communicating solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate project information in internal systems, including workflow tracking, order status, reporting, and key documentation.
- - Provide general project administration and documentation support as required, while keeping the primary focus on client servicing and successful account delivery.
- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or activation agency.
- Experience with BTL activations, promotional merchandise/premiums, gifting, POSM, or similar marketing projects is highly preferred.
- Strong communicator with a confident, engaging personality, comfortable building relationships and working directly with clients.
- A collaborative team player who works well with Account, Creative, Procurement, Production, and external partners.
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
