Account Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, generate and issue tax invoice (high volume)
• Record receipts into bank via accounting system and perform partial bank reconciliation
• Reconciliation daily sales and liaise with clinic staffs
• Main contact for external customer invoices related matters
• Assist in month-end closing
• Ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
• Immediate available will be an advantage

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
