The Opportunity

As a Mortgage Account Executive focused on mortgage sales for investor lending, you’ll connect real estate investors with financing for fix and flip and RLT deals. This onsite role exists to grow our pipeline while delivering a clear, confident borrower experience from initial consult through funding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships with investor clients and property professionals
- Present tailored loan options for investment properties and renovation projects
- Prospect through calls, outreach, networking, and referral partners
- Manage the loan journey from first conversation to closing, coordinating internal support
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year success in sales or client relationship work
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Interest/background in real estate, construction, property management, or fix and flip
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

A Typical Day
Your morning starts onsite in San Diego with pipeline check-ins and quick huddles to prioritize investor conversations. You’ll spend blocks of time on outreach—following up with warm leads, reconnecting with past contacts, and setting meetings with new referral sources. Midday is often client-facing: walking an investor through scenarios, answering questions on timelines, and aligning expectations before a file moves forward. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll sync with the lending team to keep momentum, then wrap with notes, next steps, and planning for tomorrow’s mortgage sales activity across real estate investor needs, including investment properties and fix and flip opportunities.
