Account Executive

- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks.
- Process cheque payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle IOUs, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Prepare monthly EPF and ETF schedules for Royal Institute and Royal Institute Campus.
- Assist with banking correspondence, invoicing, payment receipts, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team in daily accounting operations and month-end closing activities.
Requirements
• Graduated from recognize University.
• Professional Accounting qualification (Part Qualified CIMA/CIM/CA or Qualified in AAT)
• 2-5 years working experience in the accountancy filed.
• Proficient in Quick Book is must.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Computer Skills, MS Office and Accounting Software (Quick Book).
• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently (Invoicing / Payment Receipts Payment Collection / Banking correspondence).
• Excellent Knowledge in financial reporting / Ability to prepare Management Accounts.
• Excellent verbal &written communication skills in English.
• Good Communication Skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Age Preferably between 25 -35.
• Salary Negotiable
