Account Executive


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all sales activities to achieve defined commercial objectives for an assigned market segment (territory, sector, defined customers or product line).
  • Contribute to the budget planning process and plan own revenues and customer prospects for the assigned market segment.
  • Understand product strategy and consult clients on product applications and variances.
  • Analyze market trends and report on technologies, customers, and competitors.
  • Develop customer relationships and establish acquisition and negotiation boundaries with VLS.
  • Align with cross-functional teams and contribute to budget planning.
  • Prepare, conduct, and close negotiations on product, quantities, and pricing.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support short-, mid-, and long-term growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in alignment with internal approval processes and profitability targets.
  • Support product launches, change management, and customer implementation activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunities, and commercial activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, open issues, customer claims, and action items.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, business oriented.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Strong experience serving as a primary customer contact and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employment visa or other sponsorship.
