Account Executive

The Account Executive serves as the main contact for P/L clients and prospective clients and must get to know all of their accounts personally. They must meet the client’s needs in a timely, effective, and courteous manner. The Account Executive also identifies and solicits sales prospects from referrals and other incoming sources and carries McClone’s reputation and professional manner of conducting business into dealings with clients, agency personnel, and carriers.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required
• 1+ years’ experience in related insurance customer service field is preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
• Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to delegate work to support staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem resolution skills
