Responsibilities:

Support the success and growth of Vero. This may include, but is not limited to, PR account support, media relations, event management, translation, content preparation – and working to ensure that client and agency goals are met.
Be responsible for supporting the account team to ensure the smoothness of workflow
Develop effective campaigns plans using appropriate strategies tactics, organize and coordinate client activities
Analyze results of the campaign of efforts, checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
Negotiate with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
Build relationships and networks with key influencers, media, and suppliers
Able to support a press kit, including press release, executive bio, executive speech development
Participate in new business pitches by providing research support and coordination to establish Vero as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
Handle other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or marketing, or related fields
At least 2 - 3 years of related PR and Influencer management work experience with agency background is preferred
Have a fun, outgoing, open-minded personality
Creative, insightful, detail-oriented and interested in media and storytelling
Good to Fluent communication and written skills both in English and Thai
Understanding of client business issues and requirements
Highly developed presentation skills
Understanding of market research and analysis
Ability to delegate effectively
Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
Proven ability to keep abreast of current affairs and relate them to client situation
