Account Executive
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
- Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries.
- Prepare and submit tax return/GST return for clients.
- Timely preparation of client's accounts and financial reports to avoid late lodgement with ACRA & IRAS etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Multi-tasking and work independently with self initiative.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Degree/ACCA/Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experiences (Preferably in CPA firm) is a plus
- Ability to meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
- Experience with HR software (e.g. Talenox) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary
- SGD $3,000 – $3,500/month (commensurate with experience)
