Account Executive
Walton Isaacson is seeking an Account Executive to join our Lexus Local Dealer Association (LDA) Account team. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Executive serves as a key partner in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns for our dealership clients. This role works closely with clients and cross-functional agency teams to support television production, retail advertising, digital, experiential, and event marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day project coordination, ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the agency, meet established timelines, stay within budget, and are delivered with the quality and attention to detail our clients expect. - Recognize the relevancy of the Agency’s ideas to clients business needs and demonstrate original thinking.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Traffic, Media, and National team, to ensure all LDA monthly deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Partner closely with the Account Supervisor to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Local Dealer Advertising (LDA) campaigns for Black, Hispanic and LGBTQ+ segments.
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of LDA production and post-production activities, ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage of the workflow.
- Assist in managing WI Regional Account Directors, client requests, revisions, and approvals while ensuring all feedback is communicated clearly to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and status reports to support efficient workflow and accountability.
- Review all LDA project materials for accuracy and completeness prior to launch from Monthly Model Rotation Grids to review and approval of monthly LDA campaigns.
- Track project status, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates and solutions to the Account Supervisor. This include LDA monthly campaigns and Sale Events.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure monthly production deadlines are met.
- Ability to manage workload, accomplish tasks and collaborate with others.
