Account/ Finance Manager #Kallang #NKC
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations and statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team
- Support management with financial analysis and business planning
- Participate in ERP implementation, process improvements and finance projects
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management
