Account Manager - Advanced Computing (USA)

About the Role

• Join Cooler Master and become a key partner to global hyperscale customers. In this role, you will drive strategic customer engagement from early concept discussions through product launch, helping shape next-generation AI server and data center cooling solutions.

• Working closely with engineering teams and global manufacturing sites, you'll play a critical role in securing new business opportunities before the RFQ stage and ensuring successful program execution through mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Lead customer engagements from Concept, Design-in, NPI through Mass Production (MP).
• Identify customer requirements and translate business needs into product development opportunities.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project milestones, customer expectations, and commercial deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.
