Account Manager
You will manage key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for cross-border merchants. You will drive growth by increasing share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling, and bringing valuable insights. You will build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, assess and validate customer needs, and deliver payments expertise and guidance as merchants craft their payments strategy. You will coordinate internal projects regarding your merchants and collaborate with colleagues across the global team.
Responsibilities
- Be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants
- Drive growth through increasing share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling
- Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants on their payments strategy
- Coordinate internal projects regarding your merchants
- Collaborate with colleagues in the global team
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise level clients in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Track record of winning share of wallet, cross selling and upselling deals for digital and retail clients such as e-commerce, gaming, OTA, streaming services
- Excellent project management skills, orchestrating complex projects with cross-functional teams
- High-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to work in uncertain situations and deal with ambiguity
- Excellent communicator who can build relations at all levels
- Ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
