Through regular business reviews, performance analysis, and value-added recommendations, you will help clients achieve better outcomes while driving service improvements across the organisation.

This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, solving problems, and collaborating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner the Business Development Managers to manage a portfolio of direct clients, insurers and brokers
  • Develop long-term client engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and businessgrowth.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, complaints, and service recovery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, present insights, and value-added recommendations.
  • Support client audits, due diligence exercises, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with operation teams to monitor client performance metrics, identify service gaps, and implement improvement plans.
  • A team player in a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative culture.
  • Drive workflow optimisation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and central function units to improve service delivery to our clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Account Management or Sales within the healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or financial services industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
