Account Manager Americas

You will serve as a strategic partner and primary contact for clients, owning their post-contract lifecycle from onboarding and integration through ongoing support. You will develop account-management strategies, advise clients on trading workflows and platform use, monitor engagement and satisfaction, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to represent client needs and contribute to product development.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine the account management strategy using qualitative insights and quantitative data
• Own the post-contract lifecycle for new and existing clients from onboarding through ongoing support
• Maintain revenue forecasts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to meet client needs and represent them in product development
• Build client relationships and provide consultative guidance on trading workflows and platform usage
• Drive client value realization and maximize long-term contract value
• Monitor and improve client health, engagement, and satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
• Background in traditional capital markets
• Experience with electronic trading platforms and workflows
• Ability to solve complex trading or technology-related client challenges
• Experience managing commercial discussions or contract negotiations preferred
• Familiarity with digital assets and crypto markets preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
