Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our Darra team.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a territory across Brisbane's western corridor, developing strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share.

You'll partner with transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers, providing solutions that help their businesses succeed while driving profitable growth for Truckline.

This is an autonomous, relationship-focused role where you'll have the support, tools and resources needed to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory
• Develop account plans and growth strategies
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
• Build strong relationships with key decisionmakers
• Promote Truckline's extensive range of truck and trailer parts
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and customer reporting
• Deliver against sales, growth and retention targets

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience in Account Management, Territory Sales or Business Development
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively

Experience within the transport, truck, automotive, industrial or heavy vehicle sectors will be highly regarded.
