JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager leads assigned lines of business, including areas of Kids & Family, coordinating with the client and internal teams/coworkers, to achieve budgeted revenue, margin and NPS goals and ensure exceptional client trust, confidence and satisfaction.
LOCATION:
- This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week.
- To be considered, candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office as regular in-person collaboration is an essential part of the role.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience in business, marketing or related field
- Experience working with kid consumer products and/or kid-related business a bonus
- Proven experience in client relationship management and presentation development/delivery
- Project management experience, managing internal stakeholders and clients
- Intermediate computer skills with MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients to build trust and confidence, proactively addressing challenges and using information to develop and maximize business opportunities
- Uses kids & family expertise to help coordinate creation of engaging, age-appropriate products that drive brand affinity among the clients’ target audience
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products and services
- Manages specific lines of business internally and externally with efficiency and accuracy to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Understands, interprets and analyzes financial aspects of accounts to provide recommendations on ways to improve lines of business
- Stays informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge
- Maintains high levels of professionalism when interacting with internal teams, coworkers and clients
- Achieves annual sales revenue, margin and NPS goals on assigned account(s)
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $82,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
