The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. This person excels in communication, fostering effective interaction with clients and fruitful collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Furthermore, their expertise in project management is crucial to ensuring the success of the many projects to which they will contribute.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your exceptional organizational skills to ensure that the work delivered to clients is of the highest quality, while respecting time and budget constraints. Your natural curiosity will help you fully understand client challenges and identify how our services can help them thrive. Your positive and proactive attitude will allow you to work closely with other team members to create a friendly and collaborative work environment where strategic ideas and innovative solutions come to life.

Key responsibilities
Develop lasting professional relationships
- Foster strong partnerships with a diverse client portfolio through your in-depth research, creativity, communication skills, and ease in building connections.
- Actively work to improve clients' digital knowledge by inviting them to on-site and online training sessions and sharing useful content such as articles, videos, etc.
- Establish strong long-term relationships with clients by proactively identifying and sharing opportunities.
Oversee agency-client relationships
- Conduct periodic surveys and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Strategy and execution
- Work with the team to develop and present digital marketing strategies and action plans, then oversee their execution.
- Prepare service proposals in collaboration with specialized teams.
- Prepare reports and hold follow-up meetings as needed.
Project management
- Collaborate with all departments and coordinate tasks to meet client expectations and provide them with exceptional quality work.
- Oversee all internal and external projects.
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on resources, time, and budget.
Budget management
- Define, supervise, monitor, and analyze costs and budgets related to execution and strategy.
Knowledge and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and managing a client portfolio in an agency setting;
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.);
- A university degree in marketing, communications, management, business, or any other related field;
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our bilingual clientele as well as international/national team members.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing:
- Experience in digital marketing (SEM and SEO) and/or conversion rate optimization, affiliate programs, digital signage, social media data analysis, and others is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including the latest trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with various online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, paid media, etc.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements. Use of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships;
- Management of client expectations and proactive problem solving;
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities to meet multiple client needs;
- Intellectual curiosity and an analytical mind;
- A discreet person who demonstrates a high level of professionalism regarding sensitive information.
