- Develop and execute structured sales strategies for your region and customer base, focusing on new customer acquisition and growth in service areas such as ITE, industrial products, consumer goods, and laboratory equipment.
- Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings, networking, and industry events to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities, including customer/prospect contact and relationship development.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Present TÜV SÜD’s service portfolio and provide solution-based packages tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate agreements, maintain accurate sales records in CRM, and provide professional after-sales support.
- Attend industry functions, provide feedback on market trends, and identify opportunities for campaigns and services to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Streamline sales processes and workflows for efficiency.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a sales role, with 3–5 years’ experience in product safety compliance services.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage phone, email, and web inquiries; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented, self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $60,000 - 90,000 CAD. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
