Role Overview

Looking for an Account Manager – Client Servicing to handle client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects.

• Manage day-to-day client communication
  
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
  
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital marketing teams
  
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management
  
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred
  
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Mass Communication
  
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  
• Digital marketing certifications are a plus
