This is an additional head in a growing client services team at an established digital marketing agency. You'd take on a portfolio of your own and be the person those clients deal with day to day.

You'd run delivery across your accounts: timelines, budgets, reporting and the internal coordination that keeps everything moving, with a Senior Account Manager setting strategic direction above you. The commercial side matters just as much. You'd spot opportunities to grow your accounts, shape proposals alongside specialist teams and keep revenue forecasts accurate. Day to day you'd work with specialists across SEO, paid media, content and digital PR, lead onboarding when new clients come on board, and run the planning sessions that keep internal teams pulling in the same direction.

You'll need agency-side experience managing and growing your own client accounts, strong communication skills and working knowledge across digital channels: enough SEO, PPC or content understanding to hold a credible conversation with clients and specialists alike. The agency is embedding AI tools into how it works, so hands-on use of platforms like Claude or ChatGPT will serve you well. Key account planning, running client strategy sessions and experience with client feedback programmes are all a plus rather than essential.
