Account Manager Enterprise UK and Europe
You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. You will build trusted relationships, identify expansion opportunities, lead renewals and commercial discussions, deploy new use cases, guide customer initiatives, develop account strategies, and partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic UK and European enterprise customers
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors and operators
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Deploy new use cases across fintechs and banks
- Lead renewals, expansions, and strategic partnership discussions
- Provide industry insight, product guidance, and data-driven recommendations
- Lead business reviews, operational checkpoints, product launches, and technical escalations
- Develop account strategies for commercial execution and customer growth
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal
- Advocate for customers internally and surface product feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years in a client-facing commercial role
- Success growing enterprise relationships and revenue within an existing book of business
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and build executive relationships
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Comfort operating and travelling across UK and European markets
- Familiarity with regional fintech and banking markets and regulatory context is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
