Account Manager Evaluation Services
You will build and manage international vendor and partner relationships for evaluation services. You will create account plans, identify cross-border growth opportunities, coordinate regional go-to-market efforts, monitor performance, maintain billing records, and provide market insights to support localization and service improvements.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage international vendors and partners
- Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders at partner organizations
- Develop and execute regional and global account plans
- Acquire partners to drive international revenue growth
- Expand accounts through cross-border and multi-region opportunities
- Identify market opportunities, localization strategies, and partnership models
- Develop co-branded campaigns and go-to-market strategies with marketing
- Conduct business reviews and assess regional performance
- Coordinate internal resources across regions and time zones
- Monitor partner, revenue, and customer-acquisition KPIs
- Maintain billing records and compliance with invoicing and payment terms
- Use data insights to optimize account strategies
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of account management, business development, or partnerships experience
- Experience managing and growing international or multi-region strategic accounts
- Experience with global partners, cross-border agreements, or international market expansion
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work across time zones
- CRM tools
- Performance metrics
- Willingness to travel internationally
