Account Manager for Creative Industry

International rnm is seeking an Account Manager with a taste for constant challenges and complex commercial challenges, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. Empathy and attention to detail are essential in this role, as well as decision making and problem solving in order to offer our clients the best solution and an exceptional experience in every interaction we have with them.

Professional Experience
- Account management and consultative sales in diverse industries with a focus on customized solutions.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction through constant follow-up.
- Comprehensive understanding of the products and services being sold, tailoring the approach to the client's specific needs.
- Development and presentation of creative ideas and solutions tailored to the client's objectives.

Key Skills
- Ability to translate client needs into clear briefs aligned with business objectives.
- Focus on understanding the client and delivering customized solutions.
- Understanding of processes to propose viable ideas aligned with the client's vision.
- Organization of tasks, time and resources, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Ability to close sales, manage expectations and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Understanding the needs of clients and internal teams, facilitating fluid communication.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in consultative sales or account management.
- Advanced English for communication with international clients.
- Willingness to learn about creative processes (2D, 3D, graphic design, industrial design, animation).
- Ability to analyze details, evaluate quality and provide constructive feedback.
