Account Manager for EMEA

We are looking for one (1) Account Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) to join our team. If you are a passionate individual with the

The Account
Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, managing
their accounts and ensuring seamless operational support across all activities.
This role is responsible for overseeing and executing key processes on behalf
of partners, including the creation and management of events, enrollment of candidates,
assignment of self-study and e-learning courses, and organization of
paper-based examinations. The Account Manager will ensure that all partner
operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with
organizational standards—providing a consistent, high-quality experience that
supports the success and satisfaction of our partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main operational contact for assigned partner accounts,
coordinating and overseeing all operational requests and ensuring smooth
execution of activities.
- Execute operational tasks on behalf of partners, including
creating and updating events, enrolling candidates, and assigning self-study
and e-learning.
- Coordinate and administer paper-based and online examinations, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Assist partners in identifying and coordinating suitable trainers
for their events.
- Generate invoices and ensure timely delivery to partners.
- Monitor account activities to ensure timely completion of partner
requests and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities,
events, and candidate progress within the system.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and updates to partners as
requested.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, optimize
processes, and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline account
management workflows and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations,
and quality standards in all partner interactions
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics,
Marketing, International Relations or other related discipline or associate’s
degree and related experience
- Must work well under pressure, grasp new ideas
quickly, think outside the box, and be able to follow up in a dynamic
environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
with the ability to multi-task in a high pace, dynamic environment
- Possesses good verbal and written communication
skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution
- Have a good business sense and a positive
attitude.
- Work well independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint,
Excel, and Word
- Previous experience in a similar role is an
advantage
- Professional persistence & ability to
