- What are your desired compensation/salary expectations for this role?
- This work involves sensitive subject matter, including evidence from child abuse investigations and forensic interviews. Have you worked in an environment dealing with trauma-related or sensitive case material before, and how do you approach that kind of work?
- This role is focused on growing and retaining relationships with existing customers, not on landing brand-new business. Tell me about a time you had to maintain or grow a long-term relationship with a partner, stakeholder, or customer over time — what did that look like, and what made it successful?
- Describe your experience with any system you've used to track information, cases, or relationships over time (a CRM, a case management system, a database, even a well-organized tracking process). How did you use it to stay on top of what needed follow-up?
