Job Summary

The Account Manager 1, Comcast Business Global, is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth of Comcast Business solutions through direct sales efforts, cross-functional partnerships, and indirect channel relationships. This role manages the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, account support, renewals, retention, and risk mitigation for at-risk accounts. The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping to maximize value from Comcast Business solutions while driving revenue growth and minimizing churn. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes and business results.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

*Travel is required for this role; candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Manage a portfolio of 75-100 customer accounts, driving incremental monthly revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales targets across customers with $5K-$25K annual spend potential.

  • Develop, recruit, educate, and support channel partners to effectively position and sell the full suite of Comcast Business solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience, including site surveys, order acceptance, installation, construction coordination, and post-sale support.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving sales-related issues and strengthening partner relationships.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and provide detailed forecasting through Salesforce.com.

  • Oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, conducting regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities, maximize customer value, and minimize churn.

  • Analyze customer needs and business objectives to recommend solutions that support long-term customer success and revenue growth.

  • Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making in matters of significance.

  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or variable schedules as business needs require.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
