Account Manager Insurance

What You'll Do:

As an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners in Ballarat/ Bendigo. The focus of your role will include:

  • Work closely our clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.
  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective and long-lasting relationships locally
  • Manage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
  • Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
  • Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.
  • Policy maintenance

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong insurance broking background with a minimum of 5 years broking experience would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads.
  • Formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.
  • Working autonomously with the business network to drive growth
