Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee our commercial cleaning projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing cleaning teams, executing projects on time and within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of cleaning staff for various commercial cleaning projects, including offices and medical facilities.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cleaning needs, create tailored service plans, and address any specific requirements or concerns.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services, adherence to protocols, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, optimizing cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to measure project progress, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff training programs to ensure that cleaning staff are well-trained in the latest techniques and safety protocols.
• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication, effective problem-solving, and responsiveness.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cleaning technologies to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within set deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
