Account Manager – IT Staffing

NOVALINK SOLUTIONS LLC is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your opportunity to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
✔ 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment

✔ Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship building
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar) and recruitment tools
✔ Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
✔ Experience managing offshore teams (a plus)
✔ Familiarity with Individual Consultant Records (NICRs) — updates, creation, and termination
✔ Must be US-based

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years specifically in IT staffing recruitment
✔ Knowledge of job portals, social media platforms, and lead generation tools
✔ Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
✔ Prepare LinkedIn posts with hashtags
