To support the continued growth of SAPA in the Netherlands, Hydro Building Systems Netherlands is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Account Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing existing customers while creating new commercial opportunities across the Netherlands.

You will regularly meet customers and prospects, build long-term relationships and work closely with internal teams to provide professional customer support.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage and further develop an existing customer portfolio.
• Actively prospect for and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects and consultants, identify new projects and assess their commercial potential.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue and margin targets.
• Lead price, project and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Technical Support and other internal teams.
• Monitor market developments and customer needs and translate these into commercial actions.
• Take ownership of commercial results and proactively take corrective action where needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, economic, technical or construction-related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant commercial experience, ideally in a technical or construction-related environment.
• Affinity with technology, construction and aluminium.
• Commercial, customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
• Willing to visit customers and prospects throughout the Netherlands.
• Native-level Dutch and professional English.
