Account Manager 客戶經理 (PC & Gaming related)

Responsibilities:

• 客戶關係管理（建立並維繫良好關係）
• 專案規劃執行/進度控管/專案溝通/整合管理
• 網路活動規劃與執行/品牌行銷管理
• 推動有影響力的產品 數位行銷整合
• 藉由團隊合作，提升創造性達到並超越客戶的期望。
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Help client(s) develop marketing & PR strategies and tactics, based on exceptional understanding of market trends and the client's offerings.
• Manage media and influencer relations to maximize product exposure.
• Drive impactful product launches, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to deliver creative and quality work to surpass client expectations.

Requirements:

• 具備專案時間管理能力嚴守客戶交期。
• 細心並具備建立客戶良好關係的能力。
• 中英文書寫流暢，口條佳需具備良好社交能力。
• 非必須如有電腦或遊戲產業相關經驗更佳
• Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detailed-oriented, with strong relationship-building and time management skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal & interpersonal communication skills in both English & Chinese.
• Experienced in computer and/or gaming industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
